By accessing or using the IndieRooms platform, dashboard, or APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our services.
2. Platform & Account Responsibilities
Hotel owners and platform administrators are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and API keys. Any activity under your account is your sole responsibility.
3. API & Service Usage Guidelines
Users must not misuse the public API endpoints, attempt unauthorized database modifications, or perform actions that disrupt platform security or performance.
4. Subscriptions & Payment Terms
Subscriptions and module tiers are billed according to your selected plan. Upgrades, cancellations, and coupon discounts are applied as governed by our billing engine.
5. Limitation of Liability
IndieRooms provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or service disruptions caused by external network outages.
